Here I am, still baking, not as much the past few weeks but I still have a few things to show you all!!

Classic Victoria Sponge Cake

Vanilla sponge, with vanilla buttercream and strawberry jam. Made for my Mamgu’s birthday.

Malteaser Bunny brownies

Chocolate brownies with chopped up malteaser bunny pieces inside and whole malteaser bunnies on top. Similar recipe to https://beththanperfect.com/2019/02/03/kinder-brownies/ but I used malteaser bunnies instead of kinder and chocolate chips.

Kinder & Milkybar cake

Chocolate cake with Nutella buttercream inside, white chocolate buttercream outside, milk chocolate drip, topped with kinder, milkybar and oreo treats! Similar recipe used in my blog post https://beththanperfect.com/2018/08/26/26th-kinder-milkybar-cake-sisters-birthday-cake/ but instead of a vanilla layer it was all chocolate.

Coconut Loaf Cake

Double chocolate salted caramel brownie stack

For my sisters best friends birthday this year I wanted to try something different so I stacked the brownies and decorated them and I LOVED how it turned out, more importantly so did she. Exactly the same recipe as the brownies I made her last time ( https://beththanperfect.com/2018/05/13/double-chocolate-salted-caramel-brownies/ ) but stacked and decorated 🙂

Kinder Bar cookies

I had a free weekend and thought I’d make some cookies. I am glad that I did as they were super yummy. Ieuan ate about 8 of them and loved them. I think my favourite ones were the salted caramel and white chocolate but they were both great. I love cookies as they are quick and easy to make. My cookies are completely egg free.
