I had planned for this post to be a ‘GRWM’ for going out out but I clearly forgot to remember and take pictures of ANY of the products I used as I am clearly the worst blogger ever 🙂
I still wanted to be able to show you all what I wore and where I was going etc so I’ve just decided to write it like this. So if you’re interested at all in this then keep reading!
On the 28th of June I was Ieuan’s plus one to his Fishguard Sports Football presentation dinner. I took the afternoon off work to get ready. We had a couple of Ieuan’s friends and one of their girlfriends (now my friend) over for some pre drinks before and as the weather was glorious we were able to have these outside in the sun.
I wore a white floral dress from boohoo and some white heels also from boohoo (but I got them from depop) and my green bag from primark. Ieuan wore his shirt from boohooman and trousers from the same place and his brown shoes from Matalan.
We took a couple of cute pictures and had quite a few drinks and then it was time to make our way to the Fishguard Bay Hotel. This presentation evening was being held in a slightly posher venue with a two course meal as the 1st Team were celebrating their promotion into the first division, as well as the 2nd Team keeping their place in the 3rd.
We all arrived, grabbed some drinks and chose our table. Food was chicken or beef with profiteroles or apple pie for pudding. It was lovely. After that more drinks kept appearing in front of me. I LOVE going out with Ieuan and his friends but they are good drinkers and I have to keep up. I also LOVED that Leah and Carys were there too because I wouldn’t have enjoyed the same if they weren’t.
Next it was time for the awards and Ieuan got one!! He received most improved player for his team, the 1st team and I was so happy for him :)! After that the drinks continued to flow and everything got crazy. So much fun!
Eventually, after a lot more drinks and more dancing it was time to go home. We WALKED, which was crazy as it was about a 30 minute walk and Leah and I were in HEELS, eventually barefoot and even borrowing the boys shoes! It was just a great night with great friends!
It was such a great night I never ever have a dull night when I am with Ieuan and the boys, always enjoy so much!
